PIZZA BOCCONCINI ET CANARD CONFIT

BONJOUR A TOUS comme a l'habitude un clic sur les photos = meilleur vision du résultat
en ces moments tumultueux l'insomnie me garde auprès d'elle et rime avec appétit!!
HISTOIRE D’UNE FRINGALE AU MILIEU DE LA NUIT
Ingrédients :
1) votre pate a pizza achetée ou maison
2) sauce a pizza votre meilleur il va de soit
3) quelques champignons en tranche
4) des rondelles de Bocconcini
5) huile d’olive au gout
6) une cuisse de canard confit clic qui traine dans le frigo .
Méthode :
Préchauffer le four a 375 frt
La pate, la sauce, les champignons, le Boccocini,
Enfourner pour cuisson environ 15 minutes
Ajouter le canard confit(émietté) et poursuivre 5 minutes(si non le canard devient trop sec et on le veut encore moelleux et tiede a souhait)
PUNAISE …que de douceur……..POUR REMONTER UN MORAL!!!
